Break the loop in the SPF includes
Why it matters
Two SPF records include each other, which uses up the lookup limit and makes SPF fail for the domain. It usually comes from including your own domain, or two domains pointing at each other.
The fix
- The finding shows the chain. Remove the include that points back, for example an include of your own domain inside your own record.
- If two domains of yours include each other, keep the full list of senders in one of them and make the other include only that one.
- Re-scan to confirm the lookup count is under 10.
