Fix the broken structured data on the homepage on WordPress
Why it matters
A JSON-LD block on the homepage cannot be parsed, so search engines ignore it. A small syntax mistake such as a trailing comma is the usual cause.
The fix
- Find which plugin or theme prints the broken block (view the page source and look for application/ld+json). Update that plugin, or fix the field you typed into its settings.
- Two plugins that both print schema can clash; keep only one source and clear caches.
