Renew the expired TLS certificate on Shopify
Why it matters
Browsers refuse to open a site whose certificate has expired and show visitors a full-page security warning. API clients and mobile apps fail outright, so the site is effectively down for them.
The fix
Not possible on Shopify. Shopify issues and renews certificates for connected domains and stores cannot upload their own. In Settings then Domains, check the SSL status of the domain, confirm its A, AAAA and CNAME records point at Shopify, remove any CAA records that exclude Shopify's certificate authorities, and contact Shopify Support if the status does not recover.
