Fix the canonical link on the homepage on Shopify

Why it matters

The canonical address on the homepage is not valid, for example relative, malformed or pointing at a page that does not work. Search engines then ignore it and guess which version to index.

The fix

1. Look for a hand-written canonical tag in theme.liquid or in a section (Online Store, Themes, Edit code). Replace it with a tag that uses Shopify's canonical_url Liquid object, and remove duplicates added by apps.
